[ The delivery Prismal doesn't find Renji in his most presentable state, hair sticking out of his braid, sleep still clinging to his eyelids. They probably left with the distinct impression that this finery is wasted on him. And, judging by Renji's bewildered face when he takes the beautifully wrapped present, they could both agree on.

When he opens the gift, though... Well, he's not wrong. It is entirely too deluxe for the likes of him. The pop of colour in the sunglasses and the scarf draw his eye the way a coin catches the fancy of a magpie. But he lingers on the rest of the stark, black outfit. His palms smooth over the leather jacket and finger the luxurious material of the sweater.

Yeah... entirely too luxurious for him. But he does know somebody with expensive, dark tastes and a charming tendency to indulge him. ]
